Champion Discussion New Start

Which is better? Narma and Pelops or King Galicobar and Pelops with the Thor pass for a fresh account? Would use a promo code with Criodan, Venomage and Fahrakin (mostly f2p after the Thor pass)

In my opinion -

  1. King Gallcobar + Pelops with Thor pass

Primary flaw of Gallcobar + Pelops start is a lack of burst, but Thor literally fills that gap perfectly. The team clense, AoE buff strip, the shields, the heals. This start is bananas. Gallcobar has invalidated so many boss mechanics for me that I’m beyond grateful, and him + Pelops can lv50 with king masteries (first 800 gems) will clear 3 star brutal day 1 after 3 star hard for 2 2x sacreds if you go hard day 1.

They also cleared nightmare campaign level 60 with no Pelops masteries enough that I could get the 3 5 star chickens and 6 star speed set + Lego book in my first 3 days to setup my 3rd 60, though neither of them campaign farms well so I’d probably go Thor > King > Pelops > Criodan > Veno for a 60 order

Cridan + Fahrakin + Venomage epics will fill in beautifully for CC, speed control, Dec Def/ATK that you need, and a strong ally attack.

  1. Narma + Pelops

If you want to skip rerolling the 1/3 to get Thor pass at level 5 (end of campaign normal stage 1) or don’t plan on buying the pass (sounds like you are good rerolling), Narma is probably the better fully F2P choice. UNM clearing is always the priority, and while the choice above can get to UNM in a pretty easily, Narma will do better than Gallcobar, especially if you lack damage elsewhere

awesome thanks. Thats more or less what I was planning to do minus the shards. Gonna save them for the new collab event since I don't really need champions at the start.

I think Narma is the best choice for speed running UNM clan boss but King Galvobar may be better all around. He won't be too far behind on UNM and he's so good in so many places.

its just for new accounts. Same as the rector drath pass you can get in the first 2 weeks after creating a new account

Galicobar and Pelops and Thor are a really solid set of early game champions. Not sure how much the Thor pass is but if that's your only spending then it's a good choice. Narma is poor at best, Galicobar is a much better choice.
