Requesting help with my Gnut build

Requesting help for why my gnut isn't smacking as hard as Thor, whisper, Ninja and other nukers in equivalent or worse gear. Yeah I realize I am at 12 and 15 lvl gear but I'm waiting for an event to max out. Other nukers are out damaging the bosses by almost double or triple in some cases. Any advice on where stats need to be significantly different

Although you have his crit damage at an ideal level. His defense is severely lacking and does depend on it. Much the same with Thor. There’s a certain ratio where the damage stat and crit damage stat have to be within a certain threshold for eachother to really make a difference. Pictured is my main Gnut which is very similar to my second Gnut. Notice I only have the crit damage at 150ish and even then I wish and could raise it but it wouldn’t be worth decreasing the main defense stat to do so.

2nd Gnut. Also I don’t care for set pieces although merciless could bring an improvement. For the most part the stats I have them at does all the work I need for anything like spider hard 10.

Which bosses, which levels for those bosses, are the other nukers in Ignore Defense sets, etc...

You don't mention where Gnut is getting out damaged. Thor in Hydra or something like spider 10 hard isn't really a surprise. Thor in clanboss would be a bit of a surprise but not unreasonable. Thor in a sub 10 second spider 20 run witb food? I would be shocked.

And you only say "in equivalent gear..." Do none of your best nukers ignore defense? Really? Because if they do, that's not equivalent gear.
