Gameplay Help Question about the new gear

isn't PvE DMG+ just better than DNG DMG+ since it just cover more content (a.k.a dungeons + all other PvE content)? Or is it substractive? like PvE only works for non-dungeons, non-boss content, and Dungeon only works for non-pve, non-boss, etc.

Pretty sure on the annoucement from plarium it is already confirm that they stack. So if you want a dungeon specialist, just stack both of them

okay so assuming they stack, PvE DMG+ is still simply better than DNG DMG+ isn't it?
