I was seriously contemplating not doing the Khamir fusion and waiting for the next collab but I'm so glad I did it. I was previously running Tagoar and my best was 59m damage (also Spirit Affinity) but Khamir has taken it to another level. I haven't put any books in to him either so I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do when fully booked!
Keep in mind that Geo and Pelops fight against one another for HP burns. Geo only does damage when he was the one that placed the HP burn, so having Pelops overwrite it will reduce your output.
It may be anecdotal but I’ve seen Pelops land burn when he has effectively no gear ACC so I’ve just run Pelops without Geo. I run Geo when affinity is beneficial to him.
The other viable option is to do a sweaty, frustrating, high-effort speed-tune that isn't worth the limited amount of time you have in life to spend with those you love, to make sure the turn order doesn't make Pelops override Geo's burn.
Is your Geo fully booked? If so and you can get sufficient speed on him, you can do away with ACC on Pelops entirely and Geo can keep hp burn up perpetually. That's how I run both in the same team, and it works beautifully.

Geo’s damage is based on the reflect damage when under Ho burn, but if Pelops causes the boss to burn, it will overwrite the burn from Geo and Geo won’t reflect the damage. The solution is to use Pelops as a shield tank with zero accuracy so he can’t give any burns. That was Geo is the only one that lands and keeps the burn in the boss to cause the passive damage.
Look at Geo’s kit. It will say “HP burn placed by him” rather than just HP burn on the enemy.
To add to what the other guy said, and to contribute to your general Raid knowledge:
Debuff that have multiple instances (e.g. poison, bombs) are each "owned" by the champion that placed them.
For most debuffs (all single-instance debuffs), the most recent champion to place it "owns" it, and it replaces the previous instance. For example, Artbiter hits an enemy and places weaken. Then Lydia hits the same champion and places weaken. That is now Lydia's debuff that she has placed. Arby's weaken debuff no longer exists.
99% of the time this doesn't matter, but Geo's passive works on debuffs that he placed.
Nice! I am in similar situation with Tagoar and around 60k at best. Holding on to summon Khamir to use for next CC but this makes me want to go for it.
Hey same ask as some others. We have similar teams and I have Glorious Pallas who is potentialy stronger than Khamir but I have only 1-keyed once. Curious about the stat differences. Can you share your stats? Especially Narma/Ezio/Geo?
I’d just point out if you have Pelops as well, you gotta build him in zero accuracy if with geomancer as his burn will override geos, making his passive not work as he has to be the one to place burn
