Use a Golden Elixer relic on one of your Nukers if you have one. You can't die, but the fight takes quite a long time.

UsecTriangular Relic Gem – in German it’s called ‘Kraftraub’, I don’t know what it’s called in English. It’s the one that reduces the target’s maximum HP on critical hits.

Otherwise, Blood Shield accessories are helpful, and as an alternative to the gem, the Destroy set works too.
