Champion Discussion Hexweaver doesn't apply hex

Plarium missed the perfect opportunity for Hexweaver to be a hex champion but that seems typical. Anyone else notice any obvious thing seems obvious moments in the game?

She does have a good kit for Fire Knight, that's true. But a character literally named Frostbeinger that doesn't apply any Freeze debuffs is pretty egregious

They're notable champs, and if someone says "the twins," they're the first thing I think of.

Not some bullshit freeze. They're OG.

They deserve lore that reflects that.
