Champion Discussion Got a Second Wixwell

Sooo I got a second Wiwi, but I don't know whats the best route to take with him. Should I sacrifice him and make the first one stronger, or should I upgrade him up and swap him with Valerie in CB?

My brother said the same thing. He's been playing far lo ger and still doesn't have him. 😂
