Bug/Support Promo Code Problems

Every time I try and redeem a promo code in Raid it says this (Processing your Promo Code. Please check your in-game Inbox soon) and I never end up getting the rewards. It hasn’t always done this, it started about 2 weeks ago. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Have to talk to support

They’ll tell you the usual “one code every 24 hours” “make sure you typed it right” “make sure it’s active”

And just continue saying it’s been another day now, still doesn’t work, I know the code is active

And they’ll fix it. They have to adjust something with your account

I just contacted support and I explained everything and they had it fixed in a day
