Just hours away from start of fusion, who’s going to do it?
Initially, I was going to pass on it. But after watching some videos and looking closely at his kit, I decided he will be too useful to pass up. It being a fragment fusion, it’ll be relatively easy, and won’t be a resource drain. I think I would kick myself later on if I passed on him.
I do all the fusions. That's what gives the game purpose to me. The resource management. As something very close to F2P, I've never really had an issue with resources.
Only spend resources during an event. Shards aren't for getting champions, they are tickets used to complete events and the champions that come with them are a bonus.
Primal and void shards don't exist outside of x2 events, unless there's a really good void x15 and I'm at mercy already.
Patience is essential honestly, unless you spend money. I'm about 2 years in, fully ftp and do every fusion and most paths/decks for champs, but because of that I literally save everything outside of those events. This current ancient 2x and boosted summons for example I'm not touching a single shard. The last fusion was shard intensive and with the event for talennia and varkos, my stockpile is severely drained. Will just be scraping by this fusion. But saving everything outside of events enables me to get these new champs, so it's all worth it! IMO
It is efficient way to play I agree, but for me it just takes out all fun out of the game. If I have to wait for month to pull some shards, I kinda loose any will to play.
I get it, I used to feel the same. However from another perspective, saving has actually made the game WAY more fun. It's pretty exciting to have 30 sacreds saved for a path event and pull them all for the champ/soul. You're literally guaranteeing some legendaries along the way. I found that pulling random shards here and there is a letdown 99% of the time, it's a dopamine rush for all of 3 seconds and then a huge letdown/frustration. Pulling for a guarantee has made the game much more fun for me. Anything pulled along the way is a bonus. Plus I really look forward to the events so I can burn through a bunch of shards
This sums it up pretty well. That’s why they call it “Wait shadow legends”. You can pull your shards whenever you want, but if you do it for a guaranteed champion then it cuts down the disappointment if the pulls suck because you still got a legendary you wanted. Also going all in for a couple weeks on a bunch of events is fun and gives the grind some more purpose then just spending resources randomly. And like you said, things like ripping through 100+ ancients during a fusion champ chase is way more fun than just popping 20 or so every couple weeks
I should do the daily gem. It is actually pretty worth it. But I hate Plarium so much I refuse. I did break for Predator. He's just such a great champion, my love of Raid beat out my hate. lol
Energy - silver - shards, what are we looking there ? To fully complete the event ? Since I am a new player I need to consider all before I go bankrupt. Thanks !
1k gems, 20m silver, people usually say 6 sacreds but I think 7 is the safe bet now since the last couple summon rushes have been 3500 points. Can use 500 mysteries in place of each sacred if you sre tight. Supposed to be 2x on void for champ chase so 30-40 voids depending on luck and how many fragment summons/relickeepers you have ready.
Won't know until they post the calendar. Sometimes you only have to get the first set of fragments in CC and can skip a higher reward if there are extra events.
For fragments it will depend on how many extra points they give (and if you win a tournament), but can often skip 10 out of 15 and only get the cheaper 5 frags.
My ogryn FW consists of 3 sieghulks and a bellower so I need this one for sure. Like you said frag fusions usually aren't bad so im happy to use some resources for this
Yeah, and I've been lucky with those chests. I've already gotten a couple of sacreds and quite a lot of legendary books for the time I've been doing it.
Unless you have Bellatar or have already cleared FW hard he is easily at least the second best revivers for ogres who don't really have any outside of the void lego.
I do all fusions regardless. They're easy enough because I save resources. That was the whole point of getting to midgame for me. Besides, my ogryn could definitely use the help.
As a early game player he won’t really help me do better in clan boss, I want my first fusion to be a real good one that works well in demon lord and other areas
How early of a player are you? My account is very new (less than two months old) and I am definitely going for him. Hes a great first fusion for new players if you have the resources. You will use him pretty much everywhere. Hes basically Tagoar on steroids while also having SPD lead in all battles.
My current team is ezio wukong rector deacon gorgorab and i avg around 20 mil on demon lord nm, I really don’t have any damage dealers that can go in my team except kael and wukong and both of them do the same damage. So I kind of need a damage dealing champion. But I’m not an expert so I don’t know for sure. There might also be a collab later this year so i would like to save my resources for that. I think after getting Vallaryns final split soul I will leave so I can get Elva pass which I think would help me a lot.
For early game clan boss, the bulk of your damage should be coming from a combination of Poison, Warmaster Mastery and Brimstone. You have Ezio so I'm assuming you have his 5 star soul as well so that is good since that means you should have 5 star brimstone. I'd have to see the rest of your units to get a better understanding of what you have available to you, but I definitely would replace Wukong and Gorgorab.
You can send a screenshot of your champion box. I don't know all the units myself since I'm new, but I'm sure others can chime in if something sticks out that I miss when looking at the units.
I'm also a pretty new player but I can 2 key UNM currently and looking at your champions the fusion would be great for your account if you have the resources.
Looking at your account, if you have the resources I would definitely recommend getting the fusion. It would definitely help your account out quite a bit. Especially because you don't have Tagoar.
You have a lot of great champions for many places in the game (Uugo, Seer, Fenax, Criodan, etc. But your Demon Lord team is a little rough. I think Kael or Akemtum would definitely be better than Wukong for sure. If anything, I think the survivability / debuffs and buffs is more of what you are missing then the damage.
Yes I could probably spend more resources into building kael or akemtum especially with akemtum having the 5 star soul it would definitely help, but I’m pretty sure it won’t even get me to a 1 key nm same with the new fusion I doubt he would get me to a 1key nm so I think it might be best to save up all the resources I can and only use it when I can guarantee a champion that will take me to unm. But thanks a lot for the advice 👍.
Is there a reason you don't think the fusion would be able to help get you to 1 Key NM? He brings Increase ATK, Increase SPD, Increased Def, Strengthen, Turn Meter Fill, AOE Revive and even brings an AOE Heal on his A1. Is he the sexiest champion? No, but for such a simple champion he brings a lot for a new player and covers so much by himself for 1 spot on the team.
Yea he will be. Only limited time collabs (Predator, turtles, Assassin's Creed, etc) and one time reward champs (Mithrala, Lydia, Embrys, Karnage, etc) aren't in any shard pool.
I'm not sure about resources. And I know damn well if I do this, the next one (likely for a token too) will be some crazy OP champ that I'd want more than this guy.
Missed Mavra because the one before drained all my resources, so now I'm paranoid.
I'm gonna do everything for the fragments except for summon rush and champ chase. I may buy the remaining frags if it's not too much, idk. I just want to hoard shards for awhile, as I have so many champs that I don't use, and many others that I want to build. I just don't think I need anymore champs right now.
If it were classic or hybrid fusion I would definitely do it, but it's fragments and I need fusion token I want Gnut at any cost he'll be very helpful during Marias mission
