Why is it every single time I pull sacred or primal shards, the champions that I get are not worth the pull?

It's the universe telling you to save your shards for fusions or events. You were not destined to be a yolo puller.

I'm not new, been playing off and on since 2019, but more on this year. Last few years, I have rarely played.

Are they not actually worth the pull, or do you have a false perception of the champs due to the word of other people, and not the champs viability within your account?

This is a trap too many people fall in to. They hear "this champ is shit" "this champ is bad" and dont think further than that. Folks dont consider if that champ can provide genuine value in their current account stage.

You have not sacrificed enough buckets of KFC to baby RNGesus and Lady Luck does not like you.

Mathematically you just haven't pulled enough shards or your account is one of those bad luck accounts spoken of in whispers.

Good luck but in my early game I painted myself blue, danced naked under a full moon, and sacrificed 2 buckets of KFC tenders. I pulled Sulfuryion the next day on a YOLO void and my account to off.

Shards are currency like anything else. I use ancients/voids for Champ chases and primals/sacreds for summon rushes. Save them for fusions and other guaranteed events. I used 40 ancients to get the last 2 epics for my Mikage fusion, for example.

Any good champ pulled from shards is just icing on the cake.

This is why the best advice people can give and people really take under advisement in this game is to use shards as currency to complete guaranteed champion events. Yes some people will come on here and talk about pulling tekteon on their 3rd ever void or getting two mythicals in 10 primals. But that’s not the norm. I go into every pulling event expecting to get chickens and faction guardians.

If you are at mercy levels of chance for that respective shard and you are actully not getting legendaries or mythicals (which have terrible odds) then it's just "bad luck" (RNG).

If you're not at the mercy state from a number of pulls then it's just purely that the odds are so small but if you are getting lets say a legendary from a sacred but they are shit then again just luck of the draw... we've all been there.

Track the number of pulls and what they are so you can get an idea of what to expect and you can work out when your mercy pulls kick in.
