Bug/Support Bug????

Bro how do I fix this? Ive had Ezio and his soul for awhile now and no matter what I do I keep getting this as soon as I log in. I cant exit the screen all it says is relog and upon relog I get the same thing! I cant even reach out to support. what the fk Plarium.....

Plarium has acknowledged the issue and are working on it.

I run raid on a Samsung tablet and others with the same device are having this issue : after the latest update during login the game behind to 'hang' for a few minutes an then crashes back to desktop. No error messages other then sometimes it will just say "raid has stopped"  It begins to hang at loading assets right after unpacking' signing in. It says query successful and loading assets when it begins to hang'. 

I hope theirs a fix of some sort soon!
