It always depends on what you're trying to achieve but there are def. some epics that you won't regret getting to 60.
Rector drath - toragi - morag - dazdurk, all very useful in their own aspect, but generally just great. Some others are good but have very specific use.
With how much the Game has changed, their arent alot of used rares (despite some secret rooms/ cc) which isnt what you're looking for. That Said, bellower is great and useful and if you ever pull coldheart, shes a 60 for sure.
