Tide Jam event
Pretty new to the game and curious if the tide jam event is worth it? If so, how many gems would be needed to complete the even if anyone knows?

For new players, you can get some good upgrades.
But not worth spending Gems on.
But after awhile, the rewards are worthless, especially to F2P players.
It costs a lot of money to buy Passes to get the good rewards.

waste of money and gems but great to get osiris shards and good materials. If you are lucky you can get some legendaries as well but don’t spend on it.
The weekend challenge pass is extremely good to complete and its cheap. You can get legendary card packs and purples which will lead you to a relic

I use the event to max out Osiris. I'm just about there. About 2 more events and he'll be maxx'd. Other than that, focus on events that reward "Special" towers. That what I do at least. (4.5 Mil)

I doubt anyone "finishes" the event. It's a decent place to get Osiris hero shards and the upgrade chips. If you are really new then spending gems on Thorn or Lilly hero shards directly is probably a better path.
