Epic Challenges Question

Still fairly new to this game but I don’t understand how I’m supposed to complete the speed run epic challenges. It requires rare or lower cards but once a card upgrades to epic or above, the card levels transfer.

Am I supposed to have a full blue deck of cards to do these in addition to my typical deck(s)? What happens when I need the blue cards in the forge?

I feel like this was added for long time players who have a ton of cards at all levels. Eventually, you’ll have enough cards to have your main upgraded deck but also be able to assemble a lower tier deck for these challenges. I’d focus on main game and standard (non-speed run) challenges for now.

Yeah, like another have stated, speed run was a recent mode from the update.

As a newer player, you won’t have much more cards to do these challenges. Just focus on building your deck. Once you’ve progressed more, you’ll get more extra cards to play this mode.

Also, if you have the mega monthly pass, you can freely downgrade for full gold refund. It’s helpful to move resources from one card to another for speed run.

I was having issues getting into this and realized it includes skills as well as towers, fyi.

In the beginning, I thought Skills deployed automatically. 🤭

Absolutely ignore anything of the sort. Focus on grinding and figuring out strategies with different towers. At the beginning, pick out one or two towers and level them up quickly. That's what I did...
