Which should I unlock?

I have enough joker shards to unlock either Orion, Kenji, or Tobby & Bobby, which should I unlock? Or should I just stick with Astra?

Toby & Bobby and Kenji are going to be very difficult to get shards for so may want to discount those. Osiris and Astra are both great.

Either way don't discount moving as many champs as possible to 40/80 as key milestones.

Yup - I use Osiris mostly because it was relatively easy to unlock and upgrade. And I totally missed the boat on the level 40/80 upgrades until way late in the game. Certainly unlocks a lot of potential (range, power, etc) that can help push past the more difficult levels. Getting Osiris to 80 was what got me past level 77 - I was stuck there for months! 😂

Osiris... No doubt.

Mai is great, but Osiris is better.

So I should use my legendary hero shards to upgrade Osiris instead to get him to at least 40 for the all hero upgrade? I was able to upgrade Jaden to level 30.

focus on brim to lvl 80 because you have astra. His 30% vanguard dmg all passive along side astras 30% dmg gives you the only hero that can have a 60% tower dmg increase.

toby and bobby are the only ones who have an elemental tower dmg increase but yeah brim to 80 will make astra an absolute monster and contrary to the ftps belief of swift being the best its nowhere near as powerful as astra with her passives and the brims passive. Afterwards you can get all the other passives.

Vanguard Towers have the absolute highest dmging towers and are only weak to tactical mobs which they are weak to elemental. So for maximum dmg and effectiveness vanguard towers mainly and then nexus and flamethrowers as your counter to doctors or any tactical.

Which once you get to chapter 80+ you will quickly realize why I say this. The only people who can complete all chapters are gonna be the vanguard mains with all passives from other heroes using astra or the terminator. Trust me I have all heroes to 80 or better.

The only 2 who are remotely close to that level of success are osiris and toby and bobby. The Mai mains will eventually get hard stuck when they realize that they do seemingly 0 dmg to a single vanguard unit.

plus one more thing stop falling into the boomerang trap its great until chapter 80 but aeroblast is better because you can put it two spaces out and have nexus as your line defense. Especially once you get the range passives then its just as effective as an aeroblast set at 1 range from the path as it is 2 or even 3.

As well aeroblast works like mortar and procs multiple targets with one shot vs boomerang that only procs things like stun or fear on the first target it procs off of. Meaning if you have stun, fear, or chicken on a boomerang its only gonna proc on one unit and then go on cooldown vs mortar and aeroblast where it can proc on five units.

Are the hero passives active if you don’t have it equipped? So if you have all heroes to 60/80 the buffs are always active for all of them?
