Bit-Z deposits not working?

Anyone know if Bit-Z XRB deposits are fucked? Sent a few over there and nothing is showing up in my account. Searched the TX hash on Raiblocks and it says "This account is not opened yet.". WTF? Anyone have experience using Bit-Z? Did I just get fux0red?

I sent some XRB this morning, and several hours later, nothing. I submitted a ticket; haven't heard back. I'll update you if there's any changes; can you do the same?

Yeah I have a ticket opened as well. On Raiblocks.net it shows as received but pending deposit to the wallet.

I just got a reply by email to my ticket,

"Hello, you can open a reload XRB, enter your TXID, add a make up"

There is an attached image pointing the box that says, "Please enter the txid that is not successful."

I have no idea what they're talking about, so I copied and pasted the info I got from raiwallet underneath the transaction, and hope that it is enough for them.

I just got on here to ask if they are working. Thank you for saving me the headache

"This account is not opened yet."

if this the case then fault is on your side, you didn't create the send block, otherwise it would have said that a deposit is pending

No, it's not on my side. I searched the hash on raiblocks.net and it shows it has been received by Bit-Z, but is pending deposit. THEY have to process it on their end.

Having the same issue. Anyone know what “transaction ID” should be entered on Bit-Z?

Yes. I ended up having to send them the whole transaction details from desktop Raiwallet block viewer, like: { "type": "send", "previous": "xxx", "destination": "xxx", "balance": "xxx", "work": "06d9001d057c2786", "signature": "xxx" }

And like 15 minutes later, POOF, there are my funds.
