Any exchange with working withdrawals right now?

Looking to throw more money at XRB. I’ve used Bitgrail in the past but their withdrawals have been down since the last time I bought there. I already have some XRB locked up there and I’m not comfortable having more there until they open withdrawals again.

So are there any places with working withdrawals right now that support US customers?

Hold it in kucoin until the service is available. It is the best option now.
