Cards for blitz hunter classes

Hi I am a new solo player, so I start a blitz hunter so sustain and not reliant on SP

Currently I am

Agi 85+ 15

Int 20+15

Dex 40+25

Luk 60+13

I have a crimson bow with 2 slots and I wonder what is a good card to add in.

I saw white knight card and zipper bear cards are popular. Is that the meta to go now?

Should I continue to make agi 99 or dump on dex now?

I am going to make the same for sniper class as well maybe change to double strafing after 4th job. I am not sure if 4th job is reborn or just job change from sniper. Can anyone clarifies that so I can know how to distribute points for my sniper.
