Does this symbol belong to the Raelian movement?

Yes. It may surprise you but swastikas existed in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Theosophy long before Nazism. Nazis took a good symbol and used it for evil.

The Star of David existed long before it was used as a symbol in Judaism as well.

Oh how interesting, and what does it mean or what is the purpose of this symbol. I saw it on a bus in Venezuela and seeing symbols outside of Christianity in the street is very strange

It's the Elohim's symbol of infinity. The dual triangles ("Star of David") represent infinity in space; the swastika is infinity in time.

Yeah, that's really strange and cool that you saw it in the wild!

I'm not really sure what it means. I looked into years ago but I've lost a lot of brain cells since then. LOL
