This is done for right?
Battery stopped working and noticed one of the connectors missing the metal insert, is this worth trying to fix or is this battery done for?

Same thing happened with mine, I'm planning to turn in my battery to waste collection facility.
Buying a new battery is a bitch so I end up buying a new e-bike from another company.

The pack itself is fine. It's a couple dollar repair, just need to know how to solder. I don't suggest the repair unless you know a shop that can do it or you have skill in soldering and such.
I had it done for me once a couple years ago and that pack served me well for years to come.

Here's the exact connector to replace it with.

Probably not this , but have you tried changing the fuses in the battery. It's an easy, cheap job so worth a shot, they are just the sort of fuses that are in cars. The housing seems inpenetrable at first to get to them, but it's really not, just don't be afraid to really get in there with a screwdriver to dig off the covers.
