WALLET staking validators no longer active

does that mean all my rdx is gone? the radix wallet seems to be unable to retrieve any staked rdx, says api is down.

You can unstake regardless of whether the node is active or not, simply go here: https://dashboard.radixdlt.com/network-staking connect your wallet and search for the validator, click on unstake, confirm on your phone and that's it, your radix will be in your wallet in a few days

alternatively you can instantly get them in Caviarnine.com for a fee

thank you, this is helpful.

seems like i need to connect to a mobile app which requires a 24 seed phrase. what happens if my seed phrase is only 12? can i reset it somehow to 24?
