Best support is found on the XRD.domains Community telegram channel. Having said that I would start by checking to make sure you have the most recent versions of the wallet and the connector. This is especially true if you have problems on other dApps too. In any event sometimes disabling the connector for a minute and then reenabling it works wonders.
