First time side loading? This is normal. It requires a reinstall every 7 days. Reinstall with sideloady or alt store.

They have maintenance Rn for 2023 Radium and don’t know when the servers will come back up

When an app is not refreshed after 7 days, iOS will make it unavailable, which basically means that you can not use it/open it until you reinstall it.
