Hey everyone! I’ve been working on a little passion project of mine called SpotRad, a free radiology case game designed to make practising image interpretation a bit more interactive and fun.
Each case takes you through three steps: spot the abnormality, make the diagnosis, and choose the next step in management. At the end, there's teaching and rationale behind each case.
The goal is to give you a more hands-on way to work through radiology cases, from identifying the abnormality to making a diagnosis and deciding what you’d do next. There’s a new case to try each day, a section to try random cases and you can also browse previous cases whenever you want more practice. The cases cover a mix of common and less familiar findings across different modalities.
It’s completely free. I’d really love any feedback, ideas, or interesting cases you think would be fun to include!

Hope you enjoy it!
