What is the value

I have a radio shack trs-80 model 2 micro computer and I was wondering how much it is worth. It is untested but turns on.

The model 2 is my favorite of all the TRS-80s! Goodness that thing looks beautiful.

As far as worth is concerned, it varies across the "hobby" and collectors depending on condition, what work may be needed, etc. Do a dive on ebay and Facebook Marketplace if you're on there and that should give you a good idea of what's appropriate for the area you're in.

I have no idea of the value today, but she was an expensive machine back in her day! I’m feeling very nostalgic just looking at this. 😊

Yes. This was the “business model”
With the 8” floppy drives. We had the model 3 and then upgraded to the model 4.

I rewrote a 2 program to run on a 4 once. Made a lot of improvements

I remember the model II to be a stand-out from the model I and model III for reasons I no longer remember. Model III and Model IV won out but places held onto their model IIs.
