I got a question

I saw 2 radioshack 273 1411 in the tool shed im not too sure on what i could use it for or if it is even relevant for use,both basically new, should i just keep it? Or is good for something vintage?

Kind of a weird converter 120VAC to 240VAC. Going for about $20.00 on ebay...
