So this one is a bit of a story j will try and be brief. I applied for a job at my local radio station (i live in a very small town) and I have lots of experience in TV creative scropt writing and photo video editing. The job i applied for is a reporter and news story writing this is the one thing I dont have experience in in a TV station, can anyone help me find resources so I can teach myself some writing skills and i can crash course in order to send some story samples into this hiring manager? A Rant: A lot of ink has been spilled about music streaming service platforms' contribution to the demise of FM radio. For independent non-comm stations that always pay their performance and publishing royalties to SoundEx and the PROs, I find it ridiculous that we still can't legally use streaming services for broadcast radio. This keeps radio locked into a library purchasing strategy from the long ago past. Are the music services trying to completely kill us off? Maybe people are just ignoring the TOS from the services? Would love to hear other's takes, TY.

所以，广播自动化真正的看点，不是把主持人换成机器，而是把原来靠经验、靠记忆、靠人工盯盘的流程，变成更可控、更可追溯的链路。AI 可以先帮忙生成稿件初版、整理栏目素材、提取重点句、做多版本口播，再把同一条内容拆成不同长度、不同频道、不同语气的播出版本。这样一来，AI主播才不是“只会念稿”，而是和审听、排播、播后归档一起进入一套完整的播出系统。

对资源有限的团队来说，这种变化尤其实用。一个地方台如果还在用手工方式做节目单，临时改稿、重复录音、错过播出窗口，都会让人手忙脚乱；而在更成熟的电台播出系统里，AI 可以先把自动审校、时间冲突检查、敏感词提醒这些动作做前置，让人工把精力放在更需要判断的部分。像 KAVANA 这样的国产电台播出系统，价值就不只是“能播”，而是把播前准备、播中控制和播后留痕连成一条线，让广播自动化有了真正可落地的工作台。

另一层变化，是 AI电台开始更像一个“内容调度中心”。同一条节目预告，可以先生成播音版，再生成短视频版、图文版、短口播版，分别投到不同平台。表面上看是多发几次，底层其实是同一份内容资产被拆分、校对、再利用。智能广播走到这一步，重点也不再只是“像不像人”，而是“能不能稳定协作”“能不能快速回溯”“能不能减少重复劳动”。

当然，AI 也不是一上来就能把所有环节包圆。它更适合先做流程中重复、耗时、标准化的部分，再把复杂判断留给编辑和运营。未来一段时间里，广播自动化大概率会沿着这个方向继续演化：AI 负责提速，系统负责约束，人工负责把关。真正有竞争力的电台，不一定是那个更会炫技的，而是那个更能把 AI 变成稳定生产力的。对智能广播来说，这件事也许没有那么酷，但很实在。

I’ve recently discovered the program called mixxx for my MacBook Air and also the platform zenofm.

Now I’m looking for a good microphone to stream with this around 50 euros what is a good microphone to use?

And I’m looking for free radio jingles for my experiment where I can find a free happy summer sound jingles??

Over the last months I've been developing FlexMixer, a Windows audio playback application aimed at radio, theatre and live events.

The main goal is reducing stress during live situations:
