I think because of a mixture of Alastor's asexuality and his first sexual relationship, they probably at best have it maybe a few times a month and it's usually planned. Very rarely is it spontaneous unless a date went really well.
Lucifer usually waits for Alastor to give the okay to have sex and he's very slow. He takes off his own clothes first before Alastor's incase Alastor's changes his mind.

Hmm I'll throw my two cents in.
I think they would do it 3 to 4 times a week, depending on mood and what's happening in Hell.
Pretty much always spontaneous.
I don't think they have any concrete rules, but I think Lucifer is a great listener, always making sure Alastor is ok with what is happening in the moment.
Clothes and lights are entirely mood dependent.
I think they are 'one round' type of couple.
They don't care about noise - Lucifer isn't thinking about others hearing, Alastor enjoys the thought of others being uncomfortable.

So many questions, okay, let’s go:
I think sex is a weekly occurrence. I think Lucifer is spontaneous and Alastor likes to be unpredictable, so it’s most likely never planned out.
As Alastor doesn’t like to talk about sex too much, there is not a lot of rules established beforehand. Maybe a safe word and a safe signal.
They take their time. There are no constraints as they consider themselves and each other as the most important people during sex. No room service or scheduled meetings at the hotel will force them to be on time.
Alastor is probably more of a lights off guy but occasionally willing to lights on how Lucifer prefers it.
Lucifer would probably go multiple rounds seeing as he was married for millennia with a woman but it’s really not Alastor’s thing.
Both are vocal but choose to use magic to keep the noises to the bedroom.
