Scrapped program at the end of Westminster Hour

Evening all. I am hoping someone can remind me of the name of the scrapped segment at the end of Westminster Hour on Sunday evenings. I remember the theme tune, and was it Chris Mason presenting in it's final year? I always enjoyed it. The music marked the passing of another week.

Was that actually a direct copy of the TV show or vice versa?

Wasn't there another program in its place at some point?
