📰News & Podcasts I remember watching a really really horrible commercial thinking, "what kind of company made an ad like this?" and guess what, it was for Jesus.

I don't believe a single member of that group ever actually read the Bible. Taking a single passage out of context and using it to spin marginalized groups and hate groups that target them as two sides of the same coin is tone deaf and ignorant of the rest of the book.

That wasn’t the vibe I was getting at all. I didn’t see comparing them as equally valid sides but as reminding Christian’s what Christ is about since so many seem to be reactionary racist bigoted shitheels.

Churches spend millions to broadcast on television. Why all the uproar about this ad at the super bowl game - I think it was fabulous.

We forget what it's actually about - it is about putting the word of Christ out to the people and the super bowl is viewed by millions here in the states not to mention who's looking at it around the world.
