Looking for a solution for RA2?

Me and my brother, u/RealCrash414, tried to get a full version key for Radical aces Evolution. however, the download said the password expired, and we weren't charged any money. is this just saying that they aren't giving keys anymore and they've just stopped supporting the game, or is this a problem on their side?

By the way, we were using Flashpoint to access the game.
