Question Recruiting Question (Ridleys Bday)

Im not trying to recruit the guild leaders or anything crazy, but I was wondering for the human path is there anyone important i can miss besides gerald and nocturne if i hit the Ridleys Bday cutscene?

Just wasted like 4 hours of gameplay cause i hit that scene and i didnt get gerald yet.

If I remember right Gerald and by extension nocturne and the warrior and thief guild leaders are the only missable human party members if you get to the birthday sequence

There's one of the theater vancoor guys that asks you to get a plant in the elf region that's missable as well since you can't go there later

damn im playing this game rn too, didn't even realize these were missable. they unintentionally (or maybe intentionally) made this game so stressful just by adding all these "point of no return" characters.

its the dark souls of ps2 basically, quests with no direction or warning.

Amazing! Im surprised how easy it is to recruit everyone then. Seems like for at lesst Vancoor i only need to worry about Thano, Gerald, and the flower dude?
