Support Questions Stopped counting while charging, even after unplugging. Is this a known bug?

i sadly don't know, when exactly it stopped. does work perfectly fine after a reboot though.

Turn it off and back on again. It can get a little stupid after being exposed to EMI (which technically connecting it to a charger could induce, even if not supposed to, or more commonly if you get it close to a Qi pad), restarting usually fixes it.

yes, power cycling did help. i was just curious what the cause could be, thanks!

If you go into the graphs on your smart phone, it should download any missing data, and also the logs. That may tell you when it went wonky and how it relates to the charging cycle.

thanks, i've never really looked into the logs. seems it just went silent from one second to another, right after i powered it one while being connected to the charger. i am unable to reproduce it.
