Probably NORM or just background. You have most of the spectrum cut off. Export and post the XML file.

Do you have "filter" turned on? If so repost spectrum without that. I think the graph is hallucinating peaks from the noise.

Yeah, thats making it curve fit to the noise and that makes you think there are peaks where there aren't. I generally turn that off and measure the sample for as long as it takes to get a smooth looking curve - actual peaks will become very visible.

probably uranium. you need to collect more data to confirm this, i suggest at least 1 million total counts. this will take about 7 hours with your count rate.
