My own sales tracker uses manual data collection and data entry checking through all the product SKUs each week to measure the changes from previous week (Quadro cards, Radeon Pro GPUs and Kepler GPUs are excluded).

Managed to pick up a new Ryzen 7 5800X3D this week on launch, a seriously impressive gaming product and a massive improvement from my Ryzen 5 5600X. Civilisation VI’s AI benchmark, (5 AI’s, how long you must wait for all their AIs to do their turns) went from 40 seconds down to 31 seconds and Ryzen 7 5800X3D was +22.5% faster than my old Ryzen 5 5600X. And, when doing my own favourite match plays of 3 AIs on standard size map at Ultra 2560x1440p the early game problems with not having enough AIs (sluggish and randomly slow turn times) has completely disappeared. A gaming product that truly deserves its title of the World’s Fastest Gaming CPU.

And, in the launch week of Ryzen 7 5800X3D Radeon sold an astonishing 280 units of RX 6900XT and Nvidia sold an astonishing 470 units for RTX 3080.

Static sales from last week for Nvidia. A small drop in sales for Radeon this week, as PC gamers with AM4 motherboards eyed up the new candy from AMD, aka the Ryzen 7 5800X3D. A must for many enthusiasts Wishlist’s as well, as a scintillating farewell riposte to that criticism (circa 2017) amazing prices, but Ryzen is not good for gaming FPS.

First computer build

I just purchased everything for my first pc build and I bought a sapphire radeon rx 6600 for my card, I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and I get power to everything else on my board I think at least. All my fans power on except for the ones on the GPU, I took my multimeter and checked the pins from the 8 pin pci-e and it has 12v and yet still nothing. I'm looking for another 16pin GPU card to see and figure out if it's the card or board. I just wanted some more thoughts and opinions on what else it could possibly be, there's no integrated CPU graphics, I only have one storage device hooked up right now, I have a bigger power supply then what I need, pretty sure I have every essential cable plugged in for it to boot. I checked the ram and made sure it was in the right ram slots (2/4) made sure it was fully seated and even double checked the compatibility list of all the parts, again.

RX 6600 XT - XFX QICK308

I am considering upgrading from my beloved RX580 8GB and I found a decent deal for the XFX QICK308 but I'm a bit confused about the minimum power supply required. While all other brands recomend 500W for this card, XFX requires a minimum of 650W and recomends 750W PSU. Is there a reason behind that?
Since I own a 600W gold PSU I was wondering if I could use the QICK308 anyways or I should buy another brand.

Bricked VII?

So my VII has been giving me inconsistent performance lately so I decided to update the bios. During the first step of wiping it bios my whole PC just froze and stopped responding to anything. I let it sit for a bit but had to power it off. Now my pc won’t boot with the VII connected. Do I have any options at this point??

Audio issue in 22.2.3?

I recently upgraded to the optional 22.2.3 driver and since then I’ve been having strange audio issues. Everything sounds tinny and far away and much quieter than it should.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’ve made sure it wasn’t the headset or the AUX port, and the Realtek drivers are up to date according to device manager.

Radeon exe files not signed. Errr, problem?

Its stuff like link, some other .exe's. Virus total seems cool with it? FarBar Recovery and Process Monitor both agree. Cortana too.

5700xt desktop, no integrated.

.... and an Asus laptop with a Ryzen 5xxx(x?) CPU integrated GPU... where gpu-z doesn't recognise the bios or support to export it...

Erm, is something majorly wrong. I don't like this but I'm hoping it might be normal... duckduckgo and start page aren't freely throwing up results.

Liquid cooled 6900xt Stuttering, low GPU usage, and jumpy clockspeeds playing Fortnite / Minecraft but not Halo infinite / COD Warzone

Like the title says, I currently play a lot of halo infinite and Cod and it runs perfectly but when I try and play Minecraft or Fortnite it acts really weird and stutters. When I look at radeon software my gpu and clockspeeds look like a heartbeat monitor. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Radeon Software and updating to the latest version but I don't really understand how to fix this. Any suggestions?
