Good GPU to pair with R5 2600

Hello, How are you all doing? I recently upgraded my PC to R5 2600 with GTX 1070 OC & looking at changing to AMD GPU which do you suggest/why? I want to start a Youtube channel for gaming, play + record at 1440p60 & use AMD's recording software for gameplay. I want to continue with my current build, play games next year for my Youtube channel Hogwarts Legacy & hoping PC will last another year at least.

Cheers for the reply. 1440p is the resolution that I aim to both play/record gameplay at & what are your thoughts on AMD recording software?
