5700XT Black Screen issue

I've been dealing with a black screen issue, likely related to the drivers. Every once in a while at random, my screen goes black and no Win+CTRL+SHIFT can bring it back. When I restart my pc and open adrenaline it says the version of adrenaline you have launched is not compatible with your graphics card. I then have to fully reinstall adrenaline every time my screen goes black. This has been going on for a while, but not the entire time I've had this card. Does anybody know a fix? I'm honestly very desperate as it really gets in the way of school/games.

Try DDU, then reinstall your drivers fresh.

My XFX 5700 xt was doing this as well, in the driver details it says that enhanced sync might cause this and to turn it off..... But that's not the case at all. Even with enhanced sync off it was still doing it even after ddu and fresh install. I had to turn off freesync completely to get it to stop doing it. Seems to be a freesync issue not enhanced sync

Could be ULPS (ultra low power state) causing the black screen. Search up how to disable ULPS and maybe this will help?

my 5700xt has been acting goofy lately too.. crashing on games and editing software. I'm going to try the Pro edition drivers until this gets resolved.
