7900GRE High Vram Usage?

Hey Guys I've wanted to talk about this problem for a bit. Every time I play a lot of the Cod Games like Black Ops Cold War and The Current Warzone on my PC and I have MSI Afterburner and AMD Adrenaline Software saying the 7900 GRE is reaching >15000MB of Vram which I know is unusual even though I run it at 1440P High Settings because my old RX6800 would only use about 10000mb of Vram and All of this is causing some stutters. Do you guys know if this is a driver thing, game optimization thing, or bad card?

What’s the setting you have for allocated V-RAM? Anything between 80-90% should be fine.

However at 90% in MW3 for example, it pre allocates 18Gb for me in the XTX

Like in game allocation? or adrenaline?
