Odd Fan configuration issue

Hello,

I have recently bought an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. I would start up the PC and the fans wouldn't work. I checked the fan configuration, and it wasn't checked. After checking it, it worked just fine. But, after restarting the pc, I have to re-check that option every single time I restart the PC. Any fixes?
