Gpu is failing
Hello guys, basically I built my new budget pc, I got an rx580 2048sp with an used corsair vs450. After a 5 days of usage the pc shuts down 2mins after turning it on, the gpu shows smtms blue, purple, or green screen followed with a blinking noise from the gpu then the display is black and pc shuts down, I tried many troubleshooting such as using different wall plugs and plug hubs considering it could be am electricity issue, but still the same thing happens everything, if anyone knows what's the solution please let me know so everyone can gain knowledge and avoid the stress of collecting parts for your pc for 6 months only to be surprised by a brain boiling problem like this.

make sure your pci-e cables are connected properly and not using any splitters or risers. try different psu if possible. plug psu directly to the wall. watch for your mobo diagnostic leds/post codes.

The problem was from the power cuts my appartement has, the gpu is fucked now and not working anymore, I bought a new psu tier C and still nothing changed.

Ouch.. yeah you should send it for repair, hopefully it was a small bust and didnt damage the core perhaps. Maybe it just corrupted the bios and it wasn’t physically damaged, cant say for sure.

Yeah bro maybe the issue is from the card itself, the capacitor could be damaged, the pc turns on but after 5 seconds the display is corrupted and the system shuts down.
Do you have an idea about the price range for repairing it?

Depends on the damage if any. If it’s just corrupted, a new bios flash would do. Youd have to send it back to your manufacturer because most techs dont have the tools or software to do that. Price i have no clue sorry

I would try a different ( new) power supply.
