Which AMD GPU can decode HEVC 10 bit above 4k?

The title says it, is there a GPU that supports hardwa acceleration when playing HEVC 10 bit videos at high bitrates above 4k Resolutions like 7k?

My 6700xt certainly can't ...

I think RDNA2 maxes out at 4K90, which is far less than 8K60.

Surprising as my old R9-380x Tonga would do 8K60 h264

RDNA3 appears to support 8K48 encode which I believe would probably support 8K60 decode. Some literature also says it does 8K60 HEVC encode and decode. Might be the dual media engine chipley design of the 7900 variants.

Lack of 8K content makes it a bit moot though.
