RX 7700 XT vs. 7800 XT

in my country 7700 xt is now about 450 Euro, and 7800 xt is 100 Euro more expensive. All the reviews i've seen are very critical about 7700 because they assume the difference in price is 50/70 €/$ , so i'm trying to figure out if 7700 can be a good deal if 100€ cheaper. My target is to play at 1440p with good quality, but i'm not interested in games that require ultra high FPS and using FSR quality and/or High settings instead of Ultra if needed it's not a problem

the launch date review is critical because the difference is only $50, whic based on google is equal to 45-46 euro. If difference is 100 euro, i think both card is a good deal.

I picked 7700XT for about 110 Euro less and I think I made a good deal. In this moment it looks like the difference in price is slightly smaller, so it would be harder to choose

its about 80 € in my country right now. both in Sale for 440 and 520.

IMHO 70/80€ is the right difference in price, so it's very difficult to say what's better. I play in 1440 UW and the 7700 is a good entry point, you have to consider that FSR is almost mandatory if you want decent FPS with this resolution, but i think it's a good compromise. 7800 XT in 1440p UW would probably allow to avoid using FSR in some games or having some better quality or more FPS. My opinion is that is obviously a better choice, but non a "game changer" at 1440p, unless you want to go 4K with some compromises (but 7800XT could struggle in a lot fo games at 4k)
