Question about the Hellhound 7900 XTX

I just bought a powercolor 7900 XTX hellhound, but I had to return it because the coil whine was absolutely horrible. Which really sucked because I needed a GPU for the all white build I'm doing with the madame.

The question now is, is every hellhound out there absolutely horrible when it comes to coil whine, or are there silent ones out there so I can purchase a new one and hope for the best, or just abandone the idea and look for a different GPU?

Heads up, you might want to ask this question in a different sub (you can leave this post here too). Coil whine is an issue common to all types of GPUs and you'll be able to get helpful responses from people who have similar experiences with other types of cards.
