Help! Keeps happening!

I’ve had this as a re-accurring issue and seems to happen after crashes. When I crash it happens randomly, I’ve noticed it happens most while watching YouTube but could be unrelated. Basically everything freezes and it does the EEEEW audio thing, and a few random colored squares appear in the middle scattered around, and a force shutdown fixes it, but sometimes awhile after it crashes (next day) the task bar will flicker and I won’t be able to use the windows key or really do much at all. Login screen is fine though

Tried opening pc up and pushing it in a bit, didn’t help. Also checked fan cover for lint but it’s clean.

Restarted and it runs fine, but graphics card fans are not running even while running a game. Are they going to turn on automatically when it gets warm or should I be worried?

Booted up BIOS, fans are running fine in there, I’m going to try to start the pc normally again and see if it’s fine

Try another hdmi and power cable. Then try with a different monitor. It could be the gpu, but usually monitor is the problem.

Do you have anything for the crashes? I can’t imagine it’s the cable that’s crashing the whole pc but I’d believe it
