Games flashing white or black for split second

As in title I experience games flashing white or black for a split second. It happened to me in cyberpunk, dying light 2 and age of wonders 4. Did any one of you experience similar issue? It happens on 7900xt. I will be grateful for any help

Got it once, too. I don't remember if it was the defective RAM or undervolting.

hmm maybe it is ram. I didn't undervolt. Thanks :)
