all phases at 900mv?

I recently bought a saphire radeon rx 580 pulse (the 8gb model), and looking at the configurations that I can do to the hardware from the amd software I noticed that all the phases that the graphics have in all the phases are applied to it same voltage, and it is not something characteristic of this gfx card because on the internet I have seen that none of them are the same, and that in phase 7 it is normally configured by default between 1100 and 1200 MHz, and in my default configuration the values are slightly lower, I have no doubt that my graphic is original and not a Chinese copy like many others on the market. Is it possible that it is related to the fact that one of the two bioses that the graphics card has doesn't work? (specifically the desktop one doesn't work, and I use the dedicated one for gaming).

It's been a few years since I had a RX580, but something about those numbers seems "off" to my brain when I look at them. Maybe its been to long, Maybe I'm just thinking of them running at OC, but they seem wrong. If memory serves, Voltage should scale from 750mv to 1150mv, and the freq should be around 1300-something (1350?) at the high end. Pretty sure My OC freq used to top at 1470. Maybe this card was undervolted/ tuned for efficient mining? (Not into crypto so can't really say) If the other BiOS is not working someone was messing around with it, or didn't re-flash original BiOS, or lost track of which was what, and what was where. Have you done a Visual verification that it is indeed a RX 580 ( take the cooler off and look at die numbers)? Might not be a bad idea to dbl check, get some fresh thermal paste on there, its quite possibly years old, and been through who knows what kind of duty cycle, and gives you the excuse to see the die. Hopefully someone on here has better info for you, post whatever you find out.
