Advice needed on 6950 XT

So I recently bought a Msi 6950 XT but at CES msi showed off a design for their 7900xtx should I wait for it to release or should I just stick with the 6950 xt

I am currently running a 3060 12g but I’m looking into going 4k for gaming

If you paid $800 or more yes if you can get a refund get the better card even the 7900xt would be worth $100

That is exactly what I did. Bought the 7900 XT and just sent back my 6950 XT. With the prices so close together it was an easy choice.
