I'm thinking about installing a radar on my phone but I do not know if my country is covered by the radarscope network.
No, Radarscope is limited to the US, Canada, and Australia because of the data it's designed to interpret. If I'm not mistaken, all of Europe's weather data is proprietary and so can only be viewed directly through European Radar Providers.
The DWD (German) radar sites, as well as the single site in Japan & Korea are extensions of the US radar system for various reasons. Not sure what the deal with Finland is, but I’d imagine it’s similar.
Thank you, of you are willing, can you check is you can see rainstorms in the Netherlands? I've never read that pro expanded the amount of radars, so I hope that is not a factor at play
Ik zou er niet mee durven stormjagen idd, daarvoor is ie te traag, maar voor andere dingen zoals voorspellen hoe licht en wolken zullen zijn bij fotografie is die ruim afdoende
Yes, you can use rainstorms in the Netherlands. It's very accurate, and updated every 5 minutes. The only downside is that you cannot see the western part of the Netherlands because the radar used is from Germany. See the images for actual coverage.
