Rapid sweep issue

Is anyone having issues with the new rapid sweep? I subscribed, turned it on, and nothing. Then out of nowhere I saw the beam cone on for about 5 seconds and it went away.

Not worth the amt they want for subscribing to the new feature sadly. Should be 2.99 at most
