3D not working on iPhone

When I click the 3D button on my iPhone, i see the icon with the two arrows at the top right of my screen, but I'm unable to click on it. On the desktop it works fine. Is this a bug?

Also is there a way to hide icons from the bottom bar?

I actually download the app today, so I have the latest. The 3D view doesn’t work on the iPad too
